In his anniversary speech, Saturday (14 October), General Manager of Villa Kayu Raja, Gede Ricky Sukarta, greeted all guests, employees and management warmly. A series of delightful events also colored the celebration. With the theme: “Growing Together Sustainably and in Eco-friendly Manner,” he hoped that the anniversary celebration can be an opportunity to remember the year having passed and reflect positively on the year to come.
At that important moment, Gede Ricky Sukarta took the opportunity to thank the entire Villa Kayu Raja’s team for their steadfast commitment and extraordinary service so far to be able to overcome various obstacles such as the Covid-12 pandemic. The 12th anniversary is a testament to the dedication, passion and hard work of the entire staff and extraordinary team.
This past year has been a happy and successful year in many ways. It is defined by a kaleidoscope of happy memories, supportive friendships, and lasting relationships. Of course, there are some slightly more challenging paths to improving product and staff quality to achieve more guest satisfaction. He has trust, self-confidence and commitment to develop in all aspects.
Additionally, he is truly aware of current world issues which are the hope of tourists that the villa can provide eco-friendly products and sustainable tourism.
The staff at Villa Kayu Raja, from housekeeping to management, have played an important role in this achievement. In recognition of their important contributions, the General Manager emphasized the increased importance of hard work and dedication to achieve common goals.
As Villa Kayu Raja enters its 12th year, management and staff are excited about its future and the promise it holds. Series of events
The event, which involved all employees and their families, was also enlivened by children’s games taking place in the restaurant led in person by the GM. This is intended to persistently maintain togetherness between employees’ family, employees and management.
In accordance with the theme “Growing Together Sustainably and in Eco-friendly Manner”, the celebration event was also filled with balloon releases containing prayers and hopes, bird releases and an art creation competition using recycled materials among existing departments. All of them presented the best creations, full of philosophy, creative designs and cohesive teamwork that produces eco-friendly work. This activity is planned to be held on an ongoing basis in keeping with the plan of the management to apply eco-green policy.
Why does this ecogreen or sustainability concept start with employees? Because employees are the spearhead of the services provided by villa accommodation services. This policy is in line with management’s vision of sustainability and providing the best services and comfort for customer satisfaction and follow global hospitality trends.

Before ended up with dinner, there was also dance entertainment by the employees which also really drew the interest of in-house guests to join so they could dance with enthusiasm and joy.
After that, it was resumed with the announcement of Villa Kayu Raja’s employees who excelled and the presentation of their certificates.
